The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, March 23 reveals Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will get the truth out of Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).
Also coming up, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will grill Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Plus, Christine Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) will ask for Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) help. And Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will come face to face with Riza Thompson (Tina Casciani)
Y&R spoilers tease Sharon will meet up with Christine at the GCAC restaurant. They’ll discuss Mariah’s meeting with the judge. Christine will say she negotiated a guilty plea deal with the DA, in exchange for a stint in a psyche facility and probation. Sharon will say she knows it’s the best option.
But Christine will tell her Mariah won’t listen, if she goes to trial she could be sentenced to 15 years. “You could be her only hope,” Christine will add. Sharon will say she wants Mariah to take this deal. But if she thinks they’re trying to pressure her, she’ll shut down completely. Christine will tell her she needs to stop tip toeing around her daughter and tell her how she feels.

Meanwhile, Daniel will spot Mariah at the Chancellor Park Café. He’ll approach her and she’ll ask if her family’s doing okay. Daniel will say they are. “And you and Tessa, you’re still together?” Mariah will ask. Daniel tell her they’re friends. Mariah will say she knows they’re dating. “I just need to know that Tessa has moved on because I need to move on too.”
But Daniel will say Mariah needs to ask Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). He’ll also wonder why she’s thinking this way and she’ll tell him she’s going to plead guilty and go away for a very long time. “I would just like you to promise to look after Tessa and Aria while I’m gone.”
Daniel will say he knows Tessa still cares about her and would help her if she asked. “There’s no coming back for us,” “Mariah will reply. “We’re over, we’re finished.” Daniel will ask Mariah if she still loves Tessa and she’ll say it doesn’t matter. Daniel will tell her she’s going to face that question from Tessa.
“I think I know the answer, I can see it in your heart,” he’ll add. “Even though it’s gonna break mine.” Suddenly, a lightbulb will go off in Mariah’s head. “Oh my God,” she’ll say to Daniel. “What have I done? I love them so much, I miss them so much! It is killing me to not be with my family!”
He’ll hug her but she’ll say Tessa belongs to be with someone besides her and she’ll take off. Daniel will call Tessa and when she arrives, he’ll say Mariah just admitted she feels lost without her and Aria. He’ll add that she and Mariah have unfinished business. “I’m not going to stand in your way because I want you to be with the person you love most in this world.”
As for Mariah, she’ll end up at Crimson Lights and will feel cornered when Sharon and Christine walk in. The lawyer will tell Mariah that taking a chance on a jury trial is a big mistake. But it’s her call. Then Mariah will get a text from Tessa. “Can we meet?”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Riza Points A Pistol At Adam, AKA Spider
At Society, Chelsea will tell Billy she heard he lost Chancellor. Surprisingly, he’ll say he’s okay with it. He’ll mention Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and how he put his brother on a boat in the middle of Lake Michigan. Chelsea will say she won’t to make excuses for Victor.
Billy will tell her Victor didn’t get everything he wanted. “The Newmans finally lost and to that I say hurray.” Billy will call his girlfriend and talk about her new acquisition at Spectra Charles Media. Chelsea will hear it and get angry.
“Everyone has lost something in this nightmare, the Newmans certainly have and that includes me,” she’ll say. “I’m one of them now.” So, Billy will ask if she was in on Jack’s kidnapping and Chelsea will take offense.
In Vegas, Adam will leave another message for Riza. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will flip out, asking if she’ll ever get back to him. “If we push Riza too hard, we could lose her and then this trip would have been for nothing,” Adam will reply. Then he’ll get a call from Riza.
Adam will say he’s passing through Vegas and thought they should get together. “I’ll text you where I’m at, it’ll be great to see you again.” Adam will hang up and say she’s going to be there in 15 minutes. Nick will take off. But the moment he gets in the elevator, he’ll grab the baggie out of his pocket and pop a fentanyl.
Finally, Riza will come to the door of Adam and Nick’s suite. “Hello Spider,” she’ll say when he opens it. Adam will say hello to her and add it’s been awhile. He’ll shut the door and when he turns around, he’ll see Riza pointing a gun at him.
